Jason Bendel founded the The Bendel Law Group
after practicing for over twelve years at a large national
law firm. The firm’s practice
is concentrated in business litigation, with an emphasis on
insurance coverage and insurance bad faith litigation. The
firm handles all types of business disputes, including
insurance, securities, small business dissolution and real
estate disputes. However, the primary emphasis of the firm’s
practice is insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Mr. Bendel has handled hundreds of insurance coverage and bad
faith matters.
